Web Based Audio Editor
Kadlčík, Stanislav ; Žižka, Josef (referee) ; Schwarz, Petr (advisor)
The Web Based Audio Editor thesis deals with the requirements specification, selection of technologies and with the implementation itself. The thesis uses modern approaches of HTML5 standards and is divided into the client and the server parts. Both the web application and the server are implemented in JavaScript. The Web based audio editor allows basic editing features like cut, shifting, deleting. All this in multiple audio tracks. The application runs in recent versions of the most widely used web browsers.
Morphology of Armour
Bařák, Hynek ; Zálešák, Jan (referee) ; Kvíčala, Petr (advisor)
In my thesis, I was very inspired by middle age, whitch has huge influence on my work. It is a epoch of my interest, I am activelly interrested in it and it is with me throught all my live, practicaly since childhood. In painting there are mainly motives of knight´s armor, whitch is underlying cornerstone of my work. My interrest in armor is caused by it´s technical perfection, decorativeness and majesty in the late phase. In that time technicaly did not acted function of protection, but it acted represetativ function and we can see it like a art or statue. By technical site I really experiment with lots of different technics, in many cases I never stay on single one. I work with layers, underlay, with drawing as well as painting. With diferent washing or scribing I open lower layers, I react to it and then I repaint it, simply experimenting. It is almoust archeology back to the old layers of picture. Discovery, connection older layers with new ones. About the painters whose I am interrested in they are primarily Josef Bolf, Vladimír Kokolia, Jaroslav Róna, Giger, Wolfli, Jackson Pollock.
A Personal Dimension of Melancholy
Kubátová, Veronika ; Zapletal, Aleš (referee) ; Artamonov, Vasil (advisor)
Bachelor Thesis based on the topic Personal level of Melancholy. From the very beginning this topic was based on the fact that this work will touch me personally and will be based on the nature of my personality and build on my previous approaches to painting, that were formed during previous studies. My goal was to create abstract paintings, that matched their material meaning and are able to show them in the process of work.
Map of terrain lighting in GIS
Blatný, Michal ; Rychtárik, Milan (referee) ; Čížek, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis describes fundamental terms in lighting and deals with street lighting intensity measurement. The text describes an outline of the future work focused to comparison of the measured values with ČSN EN standards using GIS.
ML PCB with Microvia - Production Line Design
Libich, Jiří ; Blansko, Jiří Zouhar, ČEMEBO (referee) ; Starý, Jiří (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis deals with the production of Printed Circuit Boards(PCBs), especially of the High Density Interconnection(HDI) type with microconnections. The aim of my thesis is to design and implement an technology equipments for the production of multilayer PCBs, more precisely four-layer PCBs, with the use of modern technology. The design was carried out for the company dealing with the production of PCBs. The Bachelor thesis was done in cooperation with ČEMEBO BLASNKO s.r.o.
Software Architecture and Design Patterns in Web Applications
Kašpar, Jan ; Kunc, Michael (referee) ; Vrážel, Dušan (advisor)
This text describes software architecture and design patterns for web applications together with theirs advantages and disadvantages. The main theoretical part is focused on detailed description and comparison of three patterns and their practical use. A schema of an application with all its parts (use-case diagram, database and objects schema) will be created using UML and subsequently this application will be implemented using the tree chosen patterns. Based on this implementation, the best use for each pattern will be evaluated in the final part of this text.
Analysis of an Electromagnetic Wave on the Boundary between Electromagnetic Materials
Kadlec, Radim ; Lazar, Josef (referee) ; Macháč, Jan (referee) ; Kroutilová, Eva (advisor)
The proposed dissertation thesis contains an analysis of conditions on the boundary between layers having varied electromagnetic properties. The research is performed using consistent theoretical derivation of analytical formulas, and the underlying problem is considered also in view of multiple boundaries including the effect of the propagation of electromagnetic waves having different instantaneous speed. The author presents a survey and formulation of the basic characteristics of methods used for electromagnetic wave propagation analysis; in this respect, special emphasis is placed on radial models. The processing of the topic involved the designing and verification (using a set of different, layered planar materials) of algorithms to analyze the electromagnetic field components. The algorithm was assembled to enable simple evaluation of all components of the electromagnetic field in relation to the speed of the wave propagation in a heterogeneous environment. The proposed algorithms are compared by means of different numerical methods for the modelling of electromagnetic waves on the boundary between materials; moreover, electromagnetic field components in common points of the model were also subject to comparison. When in conjunction with tools facilitating the analysis of material response to the source of a continuous signal, the algorithms constitute a supplementary instrument for the design of a layered material. Such design enables the realization of, for example, recoilless plane, recoilless transition between different types of environment, and filters for both optical and radio frequencies.
Layers

The serie of pictures, which displays woman soldiers. Work with the layers and materials (for human body I use the clay). Site-specific installation.
Architecture and Art
Zádrapová, Lucie ; Pavlun, Martin (referee) ; Toman, Radek (advisor)
For my bachelor thesis I was designing a new city gallery in Litomyšl. Part of my work was to analyze the city and find a suitable plot. In my case, this plot is between streets Havlíčkova, Zahájská and A.Tomíčka and it is located by the northen part of the very city centre. My goal was to design a new building for the gallery which supports informal and urban atmosphere. That way the gallery is not just an important cultural institution but it serves also as a meeting place. It is a place where everyday life merges with the gallery life. This is due to the combination of the gallery and a small apartement building and due to intentional merge of gallery and non-gallery working space.
Polička – housing on the edge of the town and landscape
Papcun, Peter ; Lacina, Adam (referee) ; Toman, Radek (advisor)
When I sleep, I am in the most intimate layer possible. When I wake up, I am in bed with my partner with whom I create a layer larger than the previous one. Us and our bed. I share the bathroom with my family, and I meet my friends in the kitchen at breakfast, with whom I share an apartment. I spend my day with neighbours in shared offices located on the ground floor, from which I have a view of the community gardens. In the evening, I will go to a cafe with my former classmates, who live nearby. In the evening I return home, watch a movie in the shared living room, brush my teeth and find myself again in the smallest layer of them all. I'm falling asleep. The housing design follows the idea that a person's life is made up of layers which are interconnected. These are either tangible, such as space, or intangible such as relationships and social contacts. The place in which we live must be adapted to this fact. This proposal is a combination of apartment buildings in cities where every element of the environment is much closer to one another. Additionally, at the same time, the community gardens meet the need for "land ownership’’ which usually fills family houses on the outskirts. Buildings are a combination of community and private housing to give people a choice between more or less privacy. However, features such as a cafe, shared offices, a small shop, or community gardens located on the ground floor are shared spaces. This area is not exclusively based on these buildings, but also on a square that connects them with each other and with the adjacent greenery and small playgrounds.
